Farrier Day takes many hands to keep everything moving safely and smoothly! Volunteers are needed to help bring horses in and out, hold horses when appropriate, clean up between horses, fill water, assist with barn chores, and lend a hand wherever needed throughout the day.

No special horse experience is required. There are jobs for all comfort and experience levels, and we appreciate help whether you can stay for a few hours or the entire day.

What to bring:
🥾 Work boots or sturdy closed-toe shoes
🧤 Work gloves if you have them
💧 Water bottle
👕 Clothes you don't mind getting dirty
❤️ A willingness to pitch in and help!

What we provide:
☕ Coffee and morning snacks
🍴 Lunch for all volunteers
💧 Water
🐴 Plenty of horses, teamwork, and opportunities to make a difference!

Every volunteer who helps us care for our horses also helps us continue providing a place for Veterans to Rest, Relax, Rejuvenate & Connect.
